January 2010 - Lots in the works
for Lynco this year, and hopefully,
this newsletter will give you all
the information you need.
To touch on a few of the
notables:
Dues raised for 2010
As we discussed at the annual
meting in October, it is time for us
to bring Lynco up-to-date on the
dues front, and though no one
wants to raise dues, it is a necessi-
ty. The new rate will be $250 per
year. Any questions or concerns,
don’t hesitate to contact

More security for 2010
We are going to focus a little bit
more on security this year.
Lynwood Lakes used to be con-
sidered almost rural, but we can-
not make that claim any longer.
We have to be able to protect our
assets and, as the cliche goes, the
best offense is a good defense. We
do not have all the details worked
out at this time, so any sugges-
tions and/or offering of help
would be appreciated.

go to the new Lynwood Youth
Group for projects to be complet-
ed this year. Calendars are $15

process
Jerry Moore and Eddie Samsel
have been tasked with handling
boat registrations this year. All
registrations will be handled at the
parking/swim area of the large
lake. Please see the letter enclosed
with this newsletter for full
details.
More events for 2010
The Social team is working
through lots of ideas for this year
and hoping to have something
going on for most of the months
this year. Your input and help is
highly sought and would be great-
ly appreciated. Please see some of
Though there is a board
elected that manages events, tasks,
budgets, and other Lynco-related
minutiae each year, we are not
infallible and the time given is in
addition to regular work and fami-
ly responsibilities. We welome all
feedback and offerings of support
during the year - even if we may
forget to outwardly show it at
times.
